18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75) require record-keeping in respect of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because every character on spicyemilia is fictional and entirely AI-generated, there are no performers whose age or identity could meaningfully be documented under § 2257.
